All Assisted Living and Health Care services are supervised by an in-house RN

Residents requesting or requiring additional care services may maintain independence with assistance of trained and attentive staff.

Madison House offers both Full Assisted Living and for those not requiring full Assisted Living but needing some assistance, Custom Care. Both are services directed towards your personal health care and maintenance.

Our goal is to focus on Independence as opposed to providing a structured schedule. Residents are encouraged to make their own decisions with assistance of Madison House staff.

• Personal laundry services
• Full medication supervision
• Bathing assistance twice a week
• Mail delivery to your apartment
• Personal emergency call system
• Dressing and grooming assistance
• Escort to and from activities or meals
• Hygiene and bladder incontinence assistance
• Individual Health Assessments from our Registered Nurse
• Optional dining in Assisted Living dining room or Room Service
• Assistance with personal schedules such as doctor appointments and hair appointments
• Ongoing mental and physical exercise with our Activities Director and Therapeutic/Fitness Coordinator
